Philippe Shangti occupe une place pr\u00e9dominante dans le march\u00e9 de l\u2019art contemporain. Artiste photographe contemporain fran\u00e7ais n\u00e9 \u00e0 Toulouse, il se passionne tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t pour ce qu\u2019il appelle \u00ab la bo\u00eete \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re \u00bb. C\u2019est au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000 que l\u2019artiste commence \u00e0 se faire connaitre en exposant certains de ses clich\u00e9s dans ce qui deviendra sa ville muse : Saint-Tropez. C\u2019est dans cette ville qu\u2019il va d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un style visuel percutant m\u00ealant glamour et critique sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019artiste produits diff\u00e9rentes s\u00e9ries photographies, parmi celles-ci : \u00ab Art vs Drugs \u00bb, \u00ab No Pollution Here \u00bb ou encore \u00ab No Prostitution Here \u00bb. Ces s\u00e9ries vont aborder des th\u00e9matiques soci\u00e9tales poignantes telles que la question de l\u2019impact de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 sur son environnement et la nature, la condition f\u00e9minine, la surconsommation, l\u2019addiction\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aujourd\u2019hui, Philippe Shangti tient ses ateliers et un mus\u00e9e personnel \u00e0 Andorre et continue \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter et poursuivre une exploration artistique \u00e0 travers son m\u00e9dium de pr\u00e9dilection : la<\/p>\n\n\n\n

photographie. En 2019, il repr\u00e9sente la Principaut\u00e9 d'Andorre \u00e0 la 58e Biennale de Venise avec le<\/p>\n\n\n\n

projet \u00ab The Future is Now \u00bb. Son univers artistique, pop et color\u00e9 vise \u00e0 \u00e9veiller les consciences tout en \u00e9tant une ode \u00e0 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique. L'art de Philippe Shangti se caract\u00e9rise par une volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9noncer les d\u00e9rives de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tout en sublimant ses sujets, offrant ainsi une r\u00e9flexion profonde sur notre \u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
